In this manner, Andean Secrets SAC has subscribed an agreement to the NGO Habitat Arequipa Siglo XXI, a nonprofit organization, which in the last few years has organized and trained groups of men and women of the hand–craft textile trade of the Arequipa region. This agreement provides us a qualified labour force in exchange for a fair wage, obtaining high quality products and the social and economic development of those knitters.
